LE&A serves as the agency of record for Houston-based Mattress Firm, the nation’s third largest mattress retailer with over 350 stores. The company’s goal was to increase brand awareness and improve overall communications, both internal and external. LE&A was tasked with managing media relations activities, both proactive and reactive, developing the company’s internal corporate communications function and providing overall strategic counsel.

Some examples of LE&A’s work to date for Mattress Firm include securing dozens of media articles, managing the communications of a large acquisition, assisting with a private equity raise and conducting a company-wide communications audit.
