The YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids Names Jeff Lambert to Board of Directors

Grand Rapids, Mich., January 28, 2008 – The YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids today announced the appointment of Jeff Lambert to the Association’s board of directors.
Lambert is president and managing partner of Lambert, Edwards & Associates (LE&A), West Michigan’s top-ranked public relations agency and the state’s largest investor relations firm. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the long-term vision of the firm, in addition to leading the strategic account teams on several of LE&A’s publicly traded and privately held clients.
Additionally, Lambert serves on the board of a Dallas-based contract furniture company and a Jackson, Miss. – based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) management company. He volunteers his time – and the resources of his firm – with a number of non-profit and faith-based organizations. He is on the board of Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes, Chairman of the JA Stock Market Challenge, on the Campaign Cabinet for the Heart of West Michigan United Way, on the finance committee at Tabernacle Community Church and a member of the Michigan State University Varsity “S” Club for current and former athletes.
